      Yes. All Kaamdheno residential plots are approved by the BMRDA (Bangalore Metropolitan Region Development Authority). Each plot has a clear title, individual Khata, and complete documentation for ownership transfer. We provide the approval documents and Encumbrance Certificate for your independent verification before any payment is made.

      Kaamdheno comprises 98 plots across 6 acres. Available dimensions are 30×40 ft (1,200 sq ft), 30×50 ft (1,500 sq ft), and a number of odd-sized corner sites. Only 4 plots remain available as of July 2026.

      Can I get a home loan for these plots?

      Yes. Plot loans are available from leading banks and financial institutions, subject to their approval. BMRDA-approved layouts with clear titles and individual Khata — like Kaamdheno — typically move through bank verification faster than unapproved or revenue-land plots.       What is the expected return on investment for plots on Mysore Road?

      No one can guarantee a return, and you should be wary of anyone who does. What we can point to is the infrastructure: the Bangalore–Mysore Expressway, the Satellite Town Ring Road (STRR), metro extension along Mysore Road, and growing industrial activity around Bidadi and Kumbalgudu.       Can I start construction immediately after purchase?

      Yes. Once registration is complete and the Khata is transferred to your name, you can begin construction in line with the applicable BMRDA zoning and building regulations. We can recommend trusted architects and contractors who have already built in the layout.

      What is the process for purchasing a residential plot?

      1. Browse the available plots or call our team for the current availability chart.
      2. Visit the site and choose your preferred plot and dimension.
      3. Verify the BMRDA approval, title documents and Encumbrance Certificate.
      4. Reserve the plot with an initial token payment.
      5. Complete the sale agreement and documentation.
      6. Make the remaining payments as per the agreed schedule.
      7. Register the plot at the sub-registrar’s office.
      8. Take possession and begin planning your home.
